Satyr Cowboy - Chester Woodruff

The Character

Chester remembered the power that he accidentally gave lifestock with his 'creative' branding designs when the cattle started sneezing bright colours over the pasture and stamped fresh frost into the baked earth. By exploring and developing the designs he created, he was able to create magical crop circles in the shape of his sigils to improve his husbandry, and trap potential threats.

When his land was bought out by wealthy and powerful land barons, he'd finally found a break and lived it up as a gambler and explored the west. In this time, Chester found himself as more of a mage than a man of wealth. He started out well, honed his craft and lived lavishly, but frequent regional bank robberies meant his fortune didn't remain his for long, but did earn his set of nemeses in the form of the Burning Sands Bandits, a group he is yet to beat.

Down on his luck and looking for odd jobs, his arm sigils (which are his own design that glow with the same energy as the spells he casts) have earned him the nick-name of the spell slinger.
